Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 19, 2026

National Consumer Advocates, LLC is committed to ensuring that ncalawyers.com is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to legal information and legal services should not be limited by barriers of any kind.

1

Our Commitment

We are working to make our Site conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our Site and work to identify and address barriers as we build and update content.

2

Measures We Have Taken

To support accessibility, we have implemented or are working to implement the following measures:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy;
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements (WCAG 2.1 AA);
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements for keyboard navigation;
  • ARIA labels and roles on interactive components (buttons, forms, navigation, dialogs);
  • Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels;
  • Descriptive link text and alternative text for images;
  • Form fields with associated labels and descriptive error messages;
  • Language attribute set on all pages (English and Spanish versions);
  • Skip-to-content link available for keyboard and screen reader users.
3

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet this standard. We are actively working to address these limitations. If you encounter a specific barrier, please contact us using the information in Section 5 and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Third-party content embedded on the Site (such as scheduling tools, document signing platforms, or social media widgets) may not be fully within our control. We encourage the providers of these tools to meet accessibility standards and will work with them where possible.

4

Alternative Access

If you are unable to access any content or functionality on this Site due to a disability, we are happy to provide that information or service in an alternative format. Please contact us and describe the content you need and your preferred format. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We also offer our case analysis and consultation services by telephone. If you prefer to speak with someone directly rather than using our online tools, please call us at 1-855-286-3379.

5
