Lynn A. Brauer

Lynn A. Brauer is Of Counsel at National Consumer Advocates with over 20 years of legal experience across a broad range of practice areas. Originally from New York, she has lived in Florida for over 25 years and brings deep roots in the communities she serves. Her experience includes municipal law, commercial litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, consumer collections, real estate litigation, and family law — as well as first-party property insurance claims litigation since 2020.

Ms. Brauer attended Stetson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies, before going on to the University at Albany to obtain a Master's Degree in Slavic Literature and Linguistics. She then attended Stetson University College of Law, graduating in 2000. Over the course of her career, she has litigated thousands of cases, developing the depth of experience and practical judgment that clients rely on when their insurance claims are denied or underpaid.

Ms. Brauer is a member of the Walton County Bar Association and is licensed in Florida and Colorado. Her unique multilingual background — fluent in both English and Russian — allows her to serve a broader range of clients with the same high standard of dedicated representation.

Outside the office, Ms. Brauer enjoys spending time with her three children, two dogs, and two cats, and is an avid fan of sporting events.
